The board of Trustees today recognises and takes seriously our joint responsibility to preserve and enhance Richard Cloudesley's legacy. We use our collective talents, skills and experience, and our freely given time, to make his money (and other money subsequently received) work hard for the people of Islington – now and into the future.”
The Board of Trustees consists of up to 17 people and follows the structure set out in the Charity Commission Scheme of 1980 :
